The line is mainly composed of paper frame, bridge conveyor, glue spreader, compactor, drying plate drying section, cooling section, slitting machine, etc. It is characterized by advanced production technology, reasonable design, convenient operation and maintenance, safety and reliability, energy saving and no environmental pollution. It can be compounded with three-layer, four-layer, five-layer and six-layer cardboard, with the maximum thickness of 5mm. It is a new type of packaging material such as cartons, paper boxes, high-grade gift boxes and stationery products. Specifications: 1200mm-2000mm.

The composite cardboard production line is mainly used to produce laminated cardboard with a certain width and various thicknesses. The complete set of equipment consists of paper bearing machine, bridge conveyor, coater, bonder, compactor, dryer, cooler, traction slitter, computerized transverse cutter, stacking machine and electrical control system. The mounting methods are divided into: two mounting production lines, three mounting production lines and four mounting production lines. Drying methods are divided into: electric heating, steam or other methods. The cardboard produced by this production line has good flatness, random cutting of specifications, accurate size, low cost and no environmental pollution in the production process. It is a new carton equipment for packaging materials such as cartons, cartons, high-grade gift boxes and stationery products.
